I had a great experience in Lin Asian Bar Dim Sum. For beginners the staff was very friendly and gave great recommendations. I had some drinks here; they were delicious but not too strong. We split several plates? that is the way to try as much as possible. I recommend getting the Dummy Combination Fried Rice with a different emptying plates and a vegetable plate for the table. You won't go wrong if you have a party of 4. I would recommend a reservation; especially on a weekend. Although there are some parking spaces; Plan on street parking if dedicated parking is not available.
I love this place. Good food. Good cocktails. Good service. Dim sum on steroids. The rebuilt house turned restaurant had cute decoration and a fun, put back vibe. On the expensive side, this was definitely a treat and not something I can afford every weekend.
The soup dumplings are exceptional. The pineapple bag is wonderful, it tastes like your grandmother handmade a cake crust. The Chinese sausage is fantastic with a small chili sauce. The salt and pepper shrimp is to die. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy an authentic Chinese food.
When it comes to Dim Sum, you can either mess it up completely or knock it out of the park. This location has amazing food, very good in flavors and great proportions. The dumplings were amazing, rich in flavor and soft; very enjoyable. The Hawaiian chicken was delicious with the peanut sauce, and accompanied with the Dan Dan noodles was a great combo. The only reason for a 4 star review is because of the beef potstickers; they lacked some flavor and so wasn?t a big fan of them. Either way, very pleased with our dinner!
