I came to visit my family, and they took me to eat here. I love supporting small businesses, but this was my first time here and will probably be my last. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Prepare to wait a long time for your food. We ordered chilaquiles without onions, and they made them wrong twice. In the end we told them to leave it that way, because both times they arrived with onions. Then when the receipt arrived, the numbers didn't match the prices on the menu. I asked the waitress nicely, and she told me that it could be because of the taxes or the tip that is added for a group of more than 5 people. However, the prices of the agua frescoes, pambazos, children's dishes, enchiladas, etc., were all different on the receipt. So please, my people, pay close attention when you go to eat at places like this, because it is not fair for you to do that. They should indicate on the menu that prices may be different and that additional cents may be included beyond tip and tax. Or, failing that, have the waitress notify customers of any difference in prices. It's not that I don't have the money to pay for it, but if each family that eats there is being charged an extra $5, at the end of the day that becomes $100. I like things clear, and if they are going to charge me something extra, I want to know what it is or what I missed. In the end, the waitress said she would ask the manager to come over, but he never showed up, and they just adjusted the water prices to the value that was listed on the menu. The waitress then explained to me that the prices have changed and they haven't received the new menus yet. Besides the fact that they were never able to make the chilaquiles right, the manager didn't even bother to come and apologize to us. It seems that this manager needs much more experience, since she seemed lacking in customer service and unprofessional. Also, when we left, my cousin told me that she saw the waitress and the manager secreting something and looking at us. I don't know if the manager is the owner, but I would like the owners to read my comment and know how they are treating customers, other than that the prices are not good.
