Shanghai Noodle House - Austin

I used to love going to Shanghai Noodle House for Chinese food in Texas. I'm feeling really disappointed that it's closed now, but the flavors will always be remembered in my taste buds.

The staff at Step restaurant is friendly, but the interior design is quite basic. The food tastes average in quality.

Great place and amazing hosts. They didn't have much vegetarian options but customized a soup noodles for us and it was delicious. We had one of best and cheapest bubble teas here. Do try green onion pancake, its so delicious. Would love to visit this place again.

Very kind staff. You get a lot of food and the noodles are very good. A nice hidden gem for Asian food.

Hole in the wall, has a slight smell when you walk in. Very small, I came for a late lunch and no one was here. Lady behind the counter was SO nice!! I was feeling basic so I got noodles and a boba smoothie and It was soooooo good. I feel like it tastes pretty authentic. Will be back 3 thumbs up!
