The fast and efficient ordering process is all online including the payment; however, it takes away from the human interaction aspect of eating out. The food came fast and hot and tasted excellent. Will definitely come again.
My family stopped by Sour Duck Market for dinner on Saturday night. Ordering food using the QR code was a breeze, and there was a nice menu and beer selection. Unfortunately, the food just wasn?t that great. Everything was over salted. For example, my wife and I are huge fans of French fries in general, but no matter how hard we tried to finish the fries, they were simply too salty. We?ll probably come back to try their baked goods or have a beer, but we?ll definitely skip dinner next time.
Great neighborhood bar, coffee shop, and restaurant tucked away in the trees. The cappuccino was good a little bitter and had some coffee grounds in the bottom at the end. Staff were friendly and welcoming and said hello even though you can grab a seat and order and pay your tab from your table. I think this is great and helps move service along when it?s gets busy. Parking is a little awkward. Will definitely be back with some friends for happy hour! Fair warning about the tiny parking lot, someone backed into me while I was in my car at only about 11 am and I got out to approach the car and they took off knowing they hit me. Other then that a great neighborhood spot, lots of seating and puppy friendly.
We stopped at the Sour Duck for breakfast ? when visiting Austin for a University of Texas graduation ????. The baked ? goods for fresh and delicious as was the coffee ??. I had a chocolate ? croissant ?. They have a great outdoor space and live music ?. You can also see the staff at work preparing and baking the goods. I would definitely go back.
Loved it ! 1. Dog friendly: they?re not allowed inside but there?s plenty of outdoor seating and you can order from your table so no stress about leaving your dog outside in order to place your place. But make sure they?re on leash 2. Kid friendly: there?s a converted trailer covered in chalk boards that keep them busy. And decent kid menu option 3. Food came out fast and the ordering process was really streamlined
