Starbucks - Austin

Just came over here for A pick me up. The younger guy that helped me was nice enough But said he was putting whip cream on my coffee and then when I get it he either didn?t put any or shoved it into the coffee with the lid so it all got dissolved. If there?s whip cream you should leave the lid off so the customer can enjoy it. The older guy who?s bald (I am bald too) was the real problem today. Very rude and impatient and bad attitude. I asked for my coffee cake warmed up and they just threw it in a paper bag with nothing to eat it on. I asked for a plate he gave me a dirty look. When I went back and asked for whip cream he gave me a dirty look. No one apologized for anything. I just found hard paper or cardboard in my coffee cake. I think they cut through the packaging too hard and included it with the food. We?ll see what happens when I tell him about it. I will be trying to get a hold of regional management.

They are rude. They do not like it when you ask them to make your drink the way you like it. There is one lady that dresses completely inappropriate for the job and it is off-putting. Makes me sick when I see her. She needs to be wearing appropriate clothing for the job.

I asked for light ice and more milk. This is what I get WITH attitude. And now this lady is so irritated with me just asking for light ice and extra milk, she is making my drink wrong and on purpose. She is now making it with iced coffee when it is a shaken expresso. I love her little sweet message on my cup for the second time she says Enjoy your LATTE!! , when SHE knows she made it with iced coffee. I cannot believe that I have had to deal with her attitude for the last 2 mos. WHY?? WHY IS THIS OK? I have had to make my own coffee right there at the counter. As you can see CLEARLY IT IS AN ICED COFFEE!!! WHY CAN 'T SHE JUST MAKE IT CORRECT??? Now I have to drive twice as far to get my coffee the way I want it and with a smile.

I always see this one whenever I stop by Randalls. And I'm always tempted to go in but usually in a hurry so I don't. I made myself go in today and I'm very, VERY happy that I did! I got the double chocolate brownie and a chocolate chip cookie. Both are absolutely delicious!!! I even saved half of the both of them so my hubby can a wonderful treat when he gets home from work. The store is great! The employees were SO friendly and helpful!! I think I'm going to make time to grab something whenever I go to Randalls again. So far it's been the BEST part of my day!

I?m a regular here?today I just had enough. I?ve witnessed the ladies that work here be rude to customers so many times. Today I asked for a bag so I could take my $5 coffee home and she said they couldn?t spare me a bag unless it was a to go order. Like for real? And not long after me a customer was short 40 cents and they made sure to say out loud that she was short. They definitely need a refreshment training on customer service.
