Subway - Austin

I always receive friendly service here – they know me by name! The food is consistently fresh, and it's so popular that they often run out of bread due to the high customer traffic. The location is conveniently right off the 130 toll road and 973, making it easy to get to. I absolutely love my Sunday special meatball sub with added pepperoni!

Subway was as fresh as ever! The lady who made our sandwiches was very friendly and really put in the effort to create the best sandwich possible. She also took the time to explain the new garlic cheese bread and other menu items. Overall, it was a great experience.

I have since deleted the Subway app from my phone and have decided that I will no longer be a Subway customer. If this is the quality of customer service in 2022, and if your stores can’t carry out their responsibilities properly, it might be time to consider shutting down for good. While I appreciate the $3.00 refund, it feels insufficient and comes far too late. Shame on you.
