Unity Vegan Kitchen - Austin

Even in the rain, Unity offers delicious and satisfying vegan food. While it may not be the healthiest option, it's definitely a great way to cure a hangover!

Incredible vegan dishes, definitely one of the best and most unique food trailers in the area, including the Picnic trailers. I just wish they offered more vegetables on the menu! I ordered a delicious tofu Cuban sandwich, which was accompanied by fried pickles. Everything was fantastic, but it was quite a heavy carb load!

Don't let the food truck stereotype trick you. The food was fantastic, and the lady who runs it was incredibly friendly. Did I mention how amazing the food was? My girlfriend has been raving all day about how delicious the pesto sandwich was!

All vegan, I tried the crab cakes (good), the muffaletta sandwich (really good), and the spring rolls (really, really good). Can't wait to go back and try other stuff on the menu! Highly recommended!!!

Had the vegan lasagna and the quinoa tofu salad. Both were very nice. Super friendly service. I'd go back again.
