The best meal we had in our 9 days in France!! The Beef Bourgogne was amazing as was the fish dish we had! Appetizers and dessert were fabulous as well -

The mint façade of 10 Rue d'Alsace belongs to Les Pôpiettes, a trendy wine bar and restaurant in the center of BeauneYou can't miss it.

Great people and amazing food This is not catering to tourists The menu is in French and the staff speaks limited English.

On the way up to the Cathedral, this café sits on the left hand side of the Rue Pietonne. It serves really good coffee an off the wall setting inside or out on the pavement. The interior is 1920s with large settee and chairs to collapse inti. The toilet , as pictured, is the fluffiest I've ever used. Owner Sebstian Pitaud is a pleasant and efficient host. Well recommended
