Parkview Restaurant - AVALON BEACH

Came here for lunch with friends and family. Kids pizza and fish and chips were good, as was my fish tacos. Has an enclosed kids play area which is great! Highly recommended!

Twenty of us turned up at the Parkview restaurant, located within Avalon RSL located next to a park. This is not the normal RSL food, there was a good menu selection something for all ages and peoples desires, fish and chips for the kids, Salads for the diet conscious,steaks for the hearty, surf and turf for those that want to mix it up and good old Mexican Nachos. There is a play ground abutting the restaurant to entertain the kids whilst the adults chat away, The food was good no complaints from any of the twenty of us except they ran out of oysters

Inside/outside dining with quaint bistro and good menu selection. Unfortunately in winter they leave the outer doors open, so you freeze in the seats! Food is ok and prices keen.

It's one of those Hotels thats nestled away in the backstreets of Alexandria, known to locals and not so to out of area folk.

Used to come here a lot when I worked in Alexandria.
