My all time favorite. Love everything. I usually order white chick burrito or quesadilla. You can't go wrong with whatever you order along with your favorite VBC beer

Perfect spot to grab a drink with lunch. Tacos were filling and delicious! The bit of a wait was definitely worth it. It's hoppin for a reason!

Stellar tacos, tortas or burritos. Every option is bursting with flavors. Not to mention right next to a brewery. Doesn?t get much better than that. Menu is accommodating for most dietary restrictions. A must visit if in the area and in the mood for Mexican deliciousness. Modern meets classic tastes at Rocky Mountain Taco

This place is hands down the best food we have had in Avon/Vail. I was skeptical at first, it is a food truck after all. However we were blown away. The Carne asada torta was absolutely amazing, we even got a second one to take home with us. Stop here if you can, and don't let the fact that it's a small truck deter you, it's absolutely amazing!!

Great tacos! Tried each taste and all were great! Also an entertaining atmosphere right in front of the brewery.
