Taco Bell - Ayer

Hands down the WORST taco bell location in Massachusetts. I tried going there twice this past weekend and they were not open for business (some worker stopped us in the parking lot as we drove up and said they're short staffed and not taking orders. So,why are you just chilling in the parking lot then if you're closed? We went back the next day and they said they're only takingmobile orders meanwhile their online ordering system DOESN'T work! So you have to do grubhub and pay way more and waitFOREVER! McDonald's and Wendy's down the road is always open and never turns people away. If I was the owner of this locationI'd be firing everyone who is there and try to get new people staffed cause the ones who are there don't work!

First time here. From NY and let me say they customized what my kids wanted and it was perfect. We got there 30min before they closed but they were fresh and good. Definitely recommend this taco bell

I visited the restaurant at 4:55 on a Sunday and was surprised to find only three staff members working. They were not accepting drive-thru orders, and the dine-in was closed, leaving only mobile orders as an option. I'm not sure what that was all about, especially since there was a major tournament happening just down the street. Meanwhile, Wendy's and McDonald's across the street both had long lines of customers. Clearly, they are missing out on business for some reason.

I wanted to bring to your attention an issue with the microphone system at your drive-thru. It's causing some difficulties for your wonderfully polite staff, who genuinely tried their best to take my order accurately. Unfortunately, I had to repeat my order three times because they couldn't hear the drive-thru monitor clearly. Fortunately, my food allergy symptoms are not as severe as others, so I was able to remove most of the allergens from my meal and manage with only mild symptoms. However, I urge you to address this issue so your team can continue to provide the excellent service they’re known for. Thank you!

The Taco Bell in Ayer is not too bad. The service is a bit slower than I would expect, especially since the dining area has been closed whenever I visit. I got bean burritos on my last visit, and they were incredibly good—huge, too! However, whoever made them didn’t roll them correctly, and with the first bite, everything fell out the other side. My dining companion ended up with burrito filling all over her front!
