The Plough Inn - Aylesbury Vale

This is the main pub in Marsh Gibbon, known for its good pints and relaxed atmosphere. The friendly and attentive staff take their time to help you choose from a variety of drinks and snacks. While there is no restaurant currently open, they offer hot drinks and cakes as an alternative to alcohol. Special group events are catered by guest cooks, and weekends bring special events and festive decorations for holidays like Halloween and Christmas. The back of the pub has ample parking and a large garden split into two sections, one of which is dedicated to children's play equipment. Families can safely gather here to enjoy games and drinks, with a great selection of draft and bottled beers available.

After 40 years of visiting country pubs, I have never had such a terrible experience. The atmosphere was completely lacking, the staff were unwelcoming, and there was a huge TV blaring rubbish. We will not be returning.

Just went for a beer and to hear the band so can't comment. From the moment we walked in the locals were very friendly and so were the barmen, a tad zaney but very very friendly. And the beer was fantastic....I couldn't ask for more from a pub.

The noisy children's TV show playing in the background, poor quality wine, cold temperature, and lack of atmosphere make this restaurant a definite no-go for me.
