Tim Hortons - Ayr

The inside seating area was larger than I was expecting. Not too crowded at the time.

Food is acceptable, but at times it's an asylum most times.

This tims was previously a great spot but has seriously gone down hill. Took 10 mins waiting to order not in line but at the counter just standing there waiting employees proceeded to argue as one in the back was trying to get who i assume was working the till to take my order as a line was starting. A man who had been in front of me had his order wrong and the employee was disagreeing with him over what HE ordered. (This occurred after I had ordered while I was waiting for my order). I also overheard that someone in the drive thru left without their order due to waiting too long. Followed by more arguing among the employees while a line continued to build. Overall, terrible service, excessive level of unprofessionalism, and definitely a need for some serious training.

I've been coming to this place for 4 years now and the over all quality has gone significantly downhill. Today for breakfast i order an bacon and egg english muffin for my kid and was asked to repeat the order numerous times. We came out with a tea biscuit with no bacon. Over the last month i have received an egg sandwich with under cooked bacon, bagel with cream cheese, but no actual cream cheese.I continue to go here because of convenience, but a at this point i will likely have to make a change.
