Jack In The Box - Azusa

The worst ever when it comes to customer service. We came from out of town for a track meet and stopped there to get some food and you can hear the employees talking about the clients. Not only that but we waited for 5-8 min at the cash register and theynever came to acknowledge us or to tell us they will take our order in a moment. Then when I asked to use the bathroom since wewere waiting already because they were supposedly so busy when they only had one customer inside waiting for an order and onlythree cars in the drive thru) they made up that a client locked the keys inside the bathroom and denied me from taking mydaughter to use the bathroom. So unprofessional and the worst customer service.

The service was extremely slow. I was the only person in line and waited over 10 minutes just to place my order. After that, it took another 15 minutes to get my food. The service was simply awful.

Typically, I steer clear of fast food establishments, as I feel that their food often lacks quality. However, I must commend this Jack in the Box for their outstanding milkshakes. I had a delightful strawberry shake that was genuinely made with ice cream, and I can wholeheartedly recommend their shakes. On the other hand, I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending their hamburgers to anyone. - Stephen Valentino

Overall, I'm not typically a fan of fast food places since many offer mediocre food. However, I must say that this Jack in the Box excels in making an excellent milkshake. I recently tried a large strawberry shake with ice, and it was fantastic! I highly recommend the shakes, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend the hamburgers to everyone. - Stephen Valentino

I ordered a number 10 (spicy chicken sandwich) but was surprised to receive a 10-piece chicken nugget box instead. Fortunately, the management quickly stepped in to address the mix-up, and I truly appreciate their help.
