Jack In The Box - Azusa

The worst ever when it comes to customer service. We came from out of town for a track meet and stopped there to get some food and you can hear the employees talking about the clients. Not only that but we waited for 5-8 min at the cash register and theynever came to acknowledge us or to tell us they will take our order in a moment. Then when I asked to use the bathroom since wewere waiting already because they were supposedly so busy when they only had one customer inside waiting for an order and onlythree cars in the drive thru) they made up that a client locked the keys inside the bathroom and denied me from taking mydaughter to use the bathroom. So unprofessional and the worst customer service.

Overall, I'm not usually a fan of fast food restaurants because most of them serve subpar food. However, I have to say that this Jack in the Box makes an outstanding milkshake. I recently had a large strawberry shake with ice, and it was fantastic! I highly recommend the shakes, but I wouldn't necessarily endorse the hamburgers to everyone. - Stephen Valentino

I enjoyed a fantastic strawberry shake that was actually made with ice cream, and I can definitely recommend their shakes. I ordered a number 10 (spicy chicken sandwich) but received a 10-piece chicken nugget box instead, which was quite surprising. However, the management stepped in to resolve the issue, and I really appreciate their assistance.

Incredibly slow service... I waited more than 10 minutes as the only customer in line just to place my order. Then, it took another 15 minutes to receive my food. Absolutely terrible service.
