The service was fast and friendly, the lamb was tender and tasty, although the corma was not what I expected, because there was no cocosmile after mine, otherwise a decent evening meal. the price was also right.
I have eaten at many Indian restaurants throughout the world, including many in Germany but, this was terrible. So lets order no popadoms, no indian beer both of which were on the menu. I ordered Chicken Tikka for my starter and after a very long...wait I got 3 tiny pieces of Chicken Pakora. The wife ordered Cheese Pakora, I guess these were ok.. So, in between we both nipped to the bathrooms, both were surface cleaned, although not very clean and were a maze to get back from especially when all the lights go out. Onto the main course, my wife ordered a prawn dish and I ordered a Vindaloo. The meals were very small, especially when the meal came to over 40 € for the 2 of us.. Both meals were very salty. My vindaloo tasted vaguely Indian, if you can get past the saltyness and was not spicy at all. I asked for something to spice it up and was given a paste and some dried chilli, but neither were overly spicy. We questioned the portions and they did offer to bring some more, but the meals were so salty that we gave that a miss. Another member of staff asked my wife how it was and she explained that the meals were too small and completely over salted, he just said ok and cleared away her plates whilst she was still eating her Garlic Naan Bread, which was probably the best part of the meal, but also wasn't great. The women who served us was nice but sadly this did not make up for the rest of the meal. This was a very disappointing experience, which I will not repeat. It was so bad that it has led to my first ever restaurant review!
I ordered Paneer Tikka Masala but to my surprise as what the name suggests Indian And Ayurvedische Restaurant. The Paneer Tikka Masala was a watery gravy, with huge pieces of Onion(not Fried with Raw flavor), Big pieces of Tomato not mashed with raw flavor. Paneer with very big pieces and not Fresh something with 5-6 days back with sour flavor. the gravy was so watery as if they have added water to make it look more in quantity also the Taste was very sour full of lemon and salty. Not Worth the Price. would not recommend to anyone. Its better to Eat Döner into the beside Shop. But never ever should go to this Fake Indian Restaurant.
Service was quick and friendly, the lamb was tender and tasty, though the Korma was not what I was expecting as there was no coconut milk in my opinion. Otherwise a decent dinner. Price was about right too.
