Baddeck Forks

We were winter hiking near here and a fellow walker recommended this restaurant. What a hidden surprise.! The view is gorgeous, the service friendly and the meals delicious and reasonable. We will definitely go back

A welcome addition to an affordable place to play a nice game of golf. Each time we come back the grounds seem more improved. Nice menu choices. Really enjoyed the food. A few different items than you find everywhere else. Will definitely be back.

We have dined at many of the local places in Baddeck. On an overcast day with some rain-we were pleasantly surprised with our experience at Baddeck Forks in Big Baddeck. The dining area was large and can seat over 20 people, but it was not busy when we were there. It is part of a public 9 hole Golf Course. They welcome walk ins, and couples as well as families( they have high chairs.) The room is open and well kept, also with clean restrooms.The menu is not extensive, but there were a number of lunch choices. except no soup of the day. Our waitress was polite and attentive. The sandwiches and wraps came out from the kitchen quickly, and they were of generous size and nicely presented. The food itself was yummy- not much left on our plates! The surprise was the pricing- and that tax was included. We left in agreement that it was a good lunch and we'd be back soon- along with playing some golf- when the weather cleared up!

AMAZING! I frequently go to Baddeck and I never knew this place existed. The food is out of this world and I was shocked at the prices! All prices include tax. I will post the menu. They also have the option to order half orders of sandwiches and other items which is almost unheard of and you can split your food without being charged those irritating splitting fees! The staff is incredibly accommodating and eager to please. Ordering is difficult because everything looks amazing. I am excited about this place and I can't wait to get back! Word has it their breakfast is a huge must have here! I also learned that they are open on weekends all winter. They even have a path for the snowmobilers so they can come down from the highlands to eat. There is a marked trail straight to the restaurant! I really can't say enough good about this place. It is immaculate! Nice décor, large patio. The air conditioner is cranked so bring a sweater but do yourself a favor and drop in here for a meal. You will be so glad you did!

We went to eat at this restaurant around August 25, 2015 and I can tell you that it was our heart blow! Everything was perfect! excellent food, very nice waitress. really if you're lucky to go to baddeck, please go to this restaurant, you'll be more than satisfied!
