Daisy Cafe - Bade District

Many cake shops were closed, so I had to randomly pick one to buy a cake for my boyfriend's birthday. I have never encountered such an outrageous cake shop. Although the owner did message me asking if they could make it up to me, but the birthday has already passed, what can they do to make up for it now?
