The burgers and the pasta were very good. There was no kids menu however the staff halved a main course and it was plenty for them. All round good service. Would definitely recommend.
The place is getting worse! There was a good owner and you could get decent portions of tapas but now the portions are small and not good at all. For instance, we ordered a tortilla and the potatoes inside were not properly cooked! We had two companies. One was inside and another one was outside. The bunch of people, who were inside ordered after 15 minutes of waiting, the second bunch that was sitting outside was not served at all. As soon as the waitress realized that they do not speak German, she just ignored them and they had to go to the bar themselves and order there. The service is really poor. Moreover, the prices are steep. A half a liter of beer costs 8.50 Francs.
I believe that this fantastic Spanish tapas bar is not what used to be. I am Almo client since 7 years. I noticed a Management changed and now I feel it is becoming a regular Swiss bar with no fun, no music, no happy faces of the staff and no that authentic Spanish touch . Even the quality tapas are getting worst. I fear that one day I will see curry-wurst in the Menu : Pity, since I had my best friend times there.
Nice place with a nice ambient. The variety of tapas makes a ideal place for after work drink together with some food. I specially enjoy the Chorizo a la riojana and the quesadilla. They also offer full dishes, specially remarkable the meat in the stone.
Tasty food. The best club sandwich I ever had compared to other countries. The hot stone steak was fantastic. The staff is friendly and the serving is nice. I recommend this place if you want to be in a friendly environment, enjoying a tasty dinner.
