Hap Chan - Bago Bantay

I remember eating at hapchan as a kid. The menu definitely changed and the food was a bit different from before. Honestly, I was just so hungry that I would eat anything but the truth is I was very disappointed with the quality of the food. The tofu was really sour, like it's rancid already. Not much for seafood as well. The dumplings that we had was not what i expected. The hakaw tasted weird. The Japanese siomai looked raw. The only thing that i enjoyed was the beef broccoli. The meat was tender and the broccoli was blanched. The yang chow was okay, not that bad. The service was quick and the staff were all friendly. I jist didn't expect the quality of food to be this bad. Maybe in a different branch they would have a better quality.

HapChan is chinese tea house. They always serving chinese green hot tea with meal. Good service and furniture. My the most favorite food is Hofan for 220p. Also they have value meal with rice for 100-115p. Highly recommending

This is by far the sadest resto ive was too.. not only because they are somehow slow in service, but because they deal with what I have just raised to them. they look at my photos and they will know what I mean. I'm sorry, but nobody apologized and said something.
