Manam Express - Bago Bantay

I had a bad first experience with manam at one of their many filials within the metro, as everything tasted too salty for my taste. but this express stock on trinoma made me a fan, as her sisig tinapa rice mangga’t bagoong was quite the combination that I hope they can be consistent with their cooking art, as their capampangan flavor can really be a good Filipino style.

I like manam cafe in sm megamall, and was surprised to see manam express in trinoma’s food choices range. for p149 you get a viand (ulam) vegetable rice ice soup. sounds like a dream I ordered, bangus sisig pinakbet pure rice. this meal, however, was over quality. the bangus sisig was too salty. Lonely drinking money for two. order two meals only for php298. if on a date, but the worthwhileag is still far away, then they can always bring their special someone here and treat them with homecooked and savory traditional filipino dishes. it is in fact the best deal of a food dish that they can have.

Love that this is the closest to having manam in the north next to greenhills. meal times are defined in good proportions and do not bite. love the watermelon sinigang!
