Ice cream very good !!!! you can go there with your eyes closed !!!!
If you are expecting a good flavor experience, you will be spoiled at Chocolaterie Cynthia. We went only for the ice cream and not for the various chocolates offered on-site. As a local product, the vanilla ice cream cone coated with chocolate and Charlevoix maple syrup is sublime. When we went, the chocolate did not adhere well to the ice cream, causing unfortunate drips on the cone. It is still possible to order it in a bowl, but the experience is less enjoyable. The pistachio ice cream is enjoyable, even better is the traditional vanilla coated in dark chocolate, while the Mint Chocolate is sublime! In terms of price, expect between $5 and $6 per medium-sized cone. You can enjoy your frozen treat on the establishment's terrace, which has 7 or 8 seats, overlooking the main street (St-Jean-Baptiste street). Strangely, the negative side of the establishment lies in the lack of friendliness towards customers. We went 3 times in three days, and never felt appreciated as customers. I expected a much higher level of local hospitality, or at the very least, just average, a smile costs nothing... Anyway, it's the quality of the dairy products that stands out, they need to improve to get a 5-star rating. I would give 4 stars for the products, and 2 stars for the service...
Small little ice scream shop in the heart of the town has all kinds of chocolate dipped cones. Very homey and cozy.
