Wonderful meal, with good service and excellent food. we ordered the seafood special hair in this night, the calfs steak, the cured trout appy and tartare appy. the aioli who came with the trout was for to die. the tartaric acid was slightly below the season and needed something else to improve the aroma profile. both were excellent, well seasoned with beautiful balance of aromen. our waiter had many tables in his rotation, but was still extremely efficient. from various restaurants near the foot of the le germain in baie st paul, this is the one I recommend!

We had a fantastic dinner here last month. We ordered the set price menu, and were blown away at how great the food was. Much was locally sourced and hyper local too, as in “spring lamb from the pasture over the hill.” Delicate flavors and yet complexly put together. Good wine list, with well sourced wines. We plan to return!
