McDonald's Bairnsdale

Passing through town on a long drive. Good service, friendly staff and food was good. Served quickly and food was hot. Mcafe attached served nice flat white's and hot chocolate drinks. Bathrooms were clean.

Staff are always friendly, courteous and professional at all times. McCafe coffee is always consistent, hot and the way that you ask them to make it. Staff are obgliging and fast with service.

Not sure if this is the way it's done in Victoria or just Bairnsdale, but we ordered chips and gravy and were given a number for our table! The girl then brought our food to us! The food was just like any other maccas but this was just a little bizarre! :D

Food was fresh.. nice and clean facilities.. extremely busy when we went during Christmas holidays.. staff were friendly.. playground was kept clean

Ordinarily I wouldn't dream of wasting time reviewing a McDonalds fast food outlet. On this occasion I've made an exception.This is the only McDonalds I have been given a buzzer to tell me when my meal is ready! This is supposed to be a fast food outlet! What's more the buzzer didn't work and I had to chase the food up!When I finally got the food there was an iced coffee missing. The employee told my wife she never ordered the drink and then another employee stepped in and confirmed we had ordered the drink!The food was stone cold when it arrived.The whole place was filthy and I also witnessed one of the managers wipe his nose on his glove while preparing food.This place is a disgrace and in my opinion would be closed down tomorrow if it was paid a visit by a food hygiene inspector.
