This hidden gem has fantastic salads and great personal service. our ice creams were served in glasses with ice cream. we had prawn Marie-Rose salat and goat cheese, beet root and caramelized wobble salad. highly recommended.
The upgrade cafe gift shop in bakewell, peak district, derbyshire is a great place to taste the local bakewell pudding together with a coffee or tee. with other drinks and cakes available and a gift shop for a souvenir of their visit, this caffe is popular among visitors from far and wide. this caffe is located opposite the supermarket Co-Op and near the river, is worth a visit.
Embedded here for a late lunch (1430) and had a delicious horned beef sandwich and a very respectable teapot. the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the owner (I guessed). we mentioned that we wanted to buy a Bakewell tart to go home this evening, and his wife, who led the sweetware shop down below, quickly produced a delicious sample. very dog friendly. Cafe-ish atmosphere with a fun little gift shop. highly recommended!
We thought of brunch and were greeted by friendly staff and the manager. the food price is fair considering that it is in a tourist area, but the drinks are a bit expensive. it was almost £8 for 3 normal little hot drinks. we ordered chicken and speck mayonnaise jackets kartoffeln £6.50,) full english breakfast £8.95) and cheddar cheese and caramelized wobble roasted sandwich £5.95) the food content was large and they were all fault-free, so the drinks were.
