The servings are huge, the staff is friendly, and the food is incredible – this place is a hidden gem. My partner and I are working our way through the menu and have not been disappointed yet. The desserts are massive for $8.50, they have a $16 steak night, and a $16 two-course Sunday lunch menu. This place offers good, honest pub food and it really can't get any better.
Fantastic food at an affordable price. $17 for a parmy or steak with chips and salad on Wednesdays or Thursdays. This place has become our go-to spot when we want a break from cooking.
I was pleasantly surprised by the food and prices at Odin Tavern. While the decor may be a bit outdated, the quality and portion sizes of the dishes more than make up for it. We tried the mixed grill and the fish with sides, and were impressed by how perfectly the fish was cooked and the generous portions of the sides. Overall, a satisfying experience that left any diner feeling full and content.
The Odin is a good, honest pub and restaurant. This food is good and well priced especially if you go on one of their specials nights. The Wednesday night steak night is our favourite. For just $15 you get a recently cooked abs sized steak with the sauce of your choice (pepper in my case). It's certainly not award winning but does not leave me disappointed. Both the pub and restaurant have a genuine local feel to it and you're likely to see some of the same faces revisiting. The service is always good, with friendly staff who always have a smile on their faces.
Been here a few times in 2016. Consistently good service and good portions for food served. My regular order is grilled chicken burger with chips $16.50. Fish burger was okay. Prices are reasonable for the quantity and quality of meal. Never felt hungry after a meal here.
