Gulf To Go/delivery.com

I use this service all the time, foods hot and always on time. Edit: I've been a customer to this service for 2 years and this was a 5 star review but I'm dropping it to a 1 star. Since they switched to delivery.com there have been multiple comunication errors between the service and the restaurants. On 2 occasions we have waited for our food (for over an hour and a half the first time only to be told by the delivery service that the restaurant is closed. HOWEVER when we called the restaurant they are open and say they have no gotten a food order from gulf to go or delivery.com all day. This needs to be fixed. I will not be using this service ever again. Which is a shame because up until they started using delivery.com it was something I used weekly. Please drop delivery.com gulf-to-go, I miss being able to use this service.

This I have on speed dial,it gets used more than my kitchen

Have had good success with this service most of the time. But last night our order was almost an hour late and had no condiments that we asked for with some of our food. I can understand that things sometimes get left out, but at least call and tell me that it’s going to be late. Eventually they did call but it was 30 minutes past the supposed delivery time. Come on guys, need to do better than that!

So quick to order. They gave us a time to expect they were right at it! Will definitely use again!
