No living facility for the driver. They charge an extra 500rs per night for driver accommodation. In my opinion, the staff was not supportive and cooperative. I am from pune and I hired a driver from Andhra. Since we could understand each other, the guys at reception were found making fun of us. I had breakfast in the morning. In my opinion, it was not the best quality. If I come to bellary again, for sure I won't prefer the Bala Residency Hotel.
