After arriving at Shannon Airport and being awake for hours, we stopped at The Hub feeling exhausted. The wonderful staff prepared plates of delicious food, including a tasty pumpkin and feta quiche. We were grateful for their hospitality and happy to support their cooperative business.
If you find yourself in Ballydehob and in need of a quick, light lunch, a hearty soup, or a pick-me-up coffee, look no further than this spot. All of the ingredients used here are sourced locally (except for possibly the coffee). Take your time, as the person ahead of you is likely in no rush and may have plenty to share. Embrace the local spirit and enjoy the taste of West Cork.
