Burger King - Ballymena

2 child dishes and 2 adult meal times and an extra chip ordered. children's meals were not a problem. we were asked at 2 separate locations what the adult meal was, then eating, one of the meal times and the chip was not there. very nicely treated by the employees, but when we finally got to eat, there was still a chip missing unfortunately we were at home then! adult meal times and chips seems to be an advanced burger king training course. we were not the only ones who had commanded their problems, at least 3 others came back to complain about missing or wrong. not to be confused with the fairhill centre burger king, they had all advanced.

That's the hammer king isn't that good. simply located in the food dish tower centre, they can wait one because before a worker actually acknowledges it. eating that is served here is not much too scratching and is usually quite cold or...lukewarm the workers show no care in their service or their work.

Today while in Ballymena shopping our children saw the sign for Burger King. We agreed and went upstairs to find the seating area entirely empty. A female member of staff greeted us with a what do you want My wife ordered two Chicken king meals...for our children and started to explain that one was only with mayo. The female staff member interrupted with a bland what drinks The drinks were ordered and my wife again tried to explain what was to be on the burgers to be greeted with a long sigh followed by another bland what else . Getting fed up with the attitude my wife replied how about an attitude adjustment only to receive a dirty look. With this we lifted our shopping and left. Without doubt this was the worst customer service experience I have ever witnessed.

The last remaining food outlet in the Tower Shopping Centre Food Hall. The seating area is vast and airy located over the front entrance under an atrium. With so many closed shops and strong competition from on street oulets and the Fairhill Shopping Centre it...may only be a matter of time before closure. The staff remain cherrful and friendly and service was fast and efficient. Burger King products have deteriorated in standard and they should be more upfront about the source and manufacture of what they offer.

I am mortified by my last visit here. The staff got our food wrong. The chips were half dead. The food was stone cold and burgers made up wrong. It doesn't help the fact some woman was constantly hassling the staff while doing some test...thing. Won't be back any time soon.
