Contribuisci feedbackYesterday, we called in an order for staff lunches at NOBEL. The person who took our order at noon confirmed that our request for two paninis and a plain chicken salad would be ready for pickup in thirty minutes. However, when we arrived to collect our order, we were told that they do not serve paninis and do not have pineapple. Additionally, there was no explanation given for why the chicken salad was not prepared. This left our team hungry and disappointed. Some staff training before the busy Christmas season would be beneficial for NOBEL.
This restaurant is a great place to eat. Despite looking unassuming from the outside, it is actually quite spacious inside. The decor is very nice. We didn't have to wait long for a table and the service was fast. We ordered two small fries and they were delicious, with no grease in sight on the plate. The staff were excellent. Although we don't visit Ballymena often, we would definitely come back to eat here again because of the great menu.
We stopped for breakfast and were underwhelmed by the food. The tea was especially disappointing - we were given one small teapot with one teabag to share between two people, costing £2.10 each. That's £4.20 for a teabag! The service was rushed and not attentive, with our breakfasts being thrown down on the table. To make matters worse, each breakfast item also cost 85p extra. It felt like we were being ripped off. When I raised my concerns with the server, she just laughed at me. Not a great experience.
Didn’t get time even to sit and look at the menu when I was asked if I was ready to order. The food was average at best. When I was putting my fork on the plate a young girl lifted it and THEN asked if was finished. The service was very poor. Won’t be returning.
We are regular customers here and never have had any issues. Today the fry was greasy and the bacon was burnt and leathery. When I asked them to take the bacon off the bill the lady in the chefs uniform rolled her eyes and screwed her face up. She just kept saying that we should have returned the bacon. Never apologised. Customer service from waitresses always great, chef could do with some customer service training.
