An amazing and innovative take on Vietnamese cuisine! The food was packed full of flavour and overall very tasty! The exceptional customer service and great ambience was a definite plus would highly recommend!

Roll was tasty and health , a lot of veg inside .one and only thing is very hard to find parking area. As the name suggests, Phamous Kitchen is famous for good reason <br/ <br/ This place has spectacular food, truly amazing. Naturally, one of their signature dishes the colourful crisp pork pancake took pride of place at the centre of my table and it was outta this world divine. Seriously....a MUST HAVE.<br/ <br/ Accompanied with rice paper roll, lamb chop, tender seared scallop and Vietnamese iced coffees, lunch was amazing. This was plenty of food for 2 people (would've even fed a third! . I'm so glad I finally had the opportunity to try it after obsessing over all of the delicious photos I've seen.<br/ <br/ Owners Thomas Kate take pride in their modern twists on beloved Vietnamese classics, and Phamous Kitchen has become a real Balmain favourite because of their creativity and passion for cooking and maintaining such a beautiful restaurant.
