Paramount Coffee House

The reason for less 1 star for service is bcs me and my sister is the only cust during that time (11+-am) yet they took long time to serve us. But since the food taste so good, so I think its possible to wait but, pls improve more on customer service.

Service is slow. Workers are unclear of requests. Look at my chicken chop. It's barely larger than the fork! It's a piece of proper chicken chop that has been cut in half. What a rip-off. And look at the drink. RM9.90 for a glass that's full of ice with barely 100-150ml of drink. After 3 gulps, it's gone. When I've finished my food and my friend couldn't finish his rice, he asked the waiter to pack up the leftover. We ended up with a box of excess fried rice, and a box of my finished food scraps including the bone from my chicken chop

The food is edible. But I ask for americano ice, but instead they gave me sugared coffee with milk. Then I said this is not americano, but they insisted that the coffee with milk is americano. First time in the my life, I'm having americano with milk added. Disappointed.

So many menu not available. very loooong waiting time; waiter come and mentioned my orders not available . waiters not professional at all

The place are cozy serene! we had our tea-time here during their sem-break . uhm the food drinks were good. i ordered mix platter sirloin steak, grilled chicken lamb chop ig . it would be extra great if they serve the medium well sirloin steak. admit my mistake there , didnt request for medium well but still the sirloin steak was hard to chew over cooked . and also , they providing an excellent customer service. he’ll ask if there’s anything wrong/are we ordered yet or nah. place : 3.5/5 food : 3.5/5 mix platter 4.5/5 dessert drinks : hot iced caramel macchiato 4/5.
