Bandera Meat Market

Not a meat market- said there was one in town but we couldn’t find it. This is a restaurant

I only purchased three steaks: two Rib Eye and one New York. All three steaks were very tough and I did not overcook them (I prefer medium rare); I was very disappointed since they were not inexpensive. I tried different techniques to get the toughness out but I had only a little luck on the last steak. I hope my experience was not typical for others but I would not go back to this meat market.

Great food and service. Small town atmosphere and worth the wait on the steaks.
