Ruby Tuesday - Barboursville

We had the most enjoyable and sweet server in quite some time. Her name on my receipt is Tamara G. I hope her managers will see how hard she works and how well she treats the customers. We'll definitely ask for Tamara next time we go back to the mall.

Rachel was an amazing server. She was super nice and kept great check on us. She was super friendly to our babies that always want attention. She was very efficient. The food was wonderful also so that’s a plus!!

First time here. Everything was good. We ordered meals, plus I added the salad bar. It is a all you can eat salad bar with a lot of nice topping options. We spent about $26 each for our meals and drinks. The salad bar was $1 cheaper today to add to your meal. We will most likely go back here in the future.

I brought my granddaughters here for the first time today and they absolutely loved it. They said this is definitely their new favorite restaurant and that our waitress Rachel was the best. They said when we come back they want to ask for her to be our server. We will be back very soon

This was our first time there since they updated the menu. We went on a Friday evening. No wait for a table. I ordered the Cajun Ribeye medium and my wife ordered a chicken sandwich. The food came quickly and I have to say the steak was 5 star. I've never had a 5 star steak at a franchise until now. I can't say enough. My wife said her chicken sandwich was very good. We each had two cocktails and our total was $63.98. Best franchise food I've had. Kitchen and wait staff were on point. Our waiter was also the bartender. I'm sorry I didn't get his name. We will be back.
