The pizza is good. But when I ordered it online, they subscribed me to some scam scheme under the pretense of giving cashback, which I actually never received but the third party company started charging my card 30 pounds every month. After a careful investigation with my bank, we were able to track it down to Papa John's delivery website. Since then I stopped ordering anything from them and they just keep bombarding me with spam texts. Gret way to lose your clients' trust, guys.
Had ordered online vegan sheese hot pepper passion. It tasted just doughy wit vegan cheese and very little toppings. I called the Edgware Branch to complain and spoke to Manager had no ethics how to talk to a customer the response I got is if first time you tried this pizza if you do not like it not our problem. Well this says it all for a customer service will not bother ever ordering pizza from them. With such rude customer service and horrible pizza why waste my money to such business.
Today I received an appalling customer service from the Chef Manager at Hackney Wick London. I have ordered a pizza with ham, mushroom and onion and I received a COLD pizza with ham, mushroom and corn (which I am allergic to). I have called the store to inform them my order was wrong and if I could receive the right order. The Chef Manager, did not apologise and asked me if I had eaten the pizza. I repeated that I did not touch the pizza cause I was allergic to corn and they told me not to eat it and that they would send me another one. While on the phone I have also made the manager aware that I was still waiting for a refund for a previous order (drink missing) that the driver promised to give and that I had to chase on the phone twice before. The Chef Manager informed me that IT WAS NOT HIS PROBLEM and that he can 't refund something of days ago and that I should have called when I did not receive the refund (which I did twice and I trust them when I was told I would receive it). He repeated once again that it was not his problem and he can 't do anything about. I waited over an hour for my replacement pizza which NEVER ARRIVED. So I am now out of money, out of a meal and with a pizza I am allergic to. Utterly disgusting.
Tried Papa Johns for the first and last time food was truly awful If you want a true Pizza go to Pizza Express not here
