Is the chicken in some of your dishes boiled? It's the most disgusting thing ever!

My husband and I enjoyed a fantastic meal, and the service was excellent.

Absolutely terrible. I used to visit frequently, but my last three experiences have been disappointing. There was hardly any meat on the ribs, the chicken was tough, and the barbecue sauce was a strange red color (I thought it was supposed to be brown), oily, and tasteless. When I called to complain, they kept saying they were having phone issues and hung up on me. I wasted £27, and now I need to buy food elsewhere because it was inedible.

The food is excellent, and the staff is very welcoming. There’s both a takeaway option and a dining area, and I’ve tried both; both are outstanding. The takeaway offers great value for your money, while the restaurant serves portions that are perfectly satisfying—just the right amount to fill you up without overdoing it.
