Quintessential Sweets - Bartlett

I had my first visit on February 8, 2022, and Chris and his team were incredibly welcoming. I bought two caramel apples and some adult ice cream. After raving about the place, my wife and I returned today, and everyone was just as gracious as before. This time, we left with three candied apples, two caramel apples, and two adult ice creams. I was recommended Quintessential Sweets, and they couldn't have been more spot on! Thank you, Chris and the team!

We ordered the cookies and cream funnel cake, and it was delicious! I did wish the cream topping was less like icing, as it tended to crumble. Since they didn’t have tables available, we took it home, hoping it was crispier when fresh than it turned out to be after 15 minutes in a Styrofoam container. We also tried the cheesecake milkshake, which was excellent! Unfortunately, the cheesecake bites kept getting stuck at the bottom of the straw. I recommend using the wider straws that are typically used for boba drinks to solve this issue. The service was very friendly and attentive—no complaints there! Overall, it satisfied our cravings, but I think we’d only return if we wanted another funnel cake. The ice cream, however, was fairly typical compared to other creamery options.

My husband absolutely adores this place for their funnel cakes! We've never managed to visit during daylight hours; we always find ourselves stopping by about 15-30 minutes before closing. Each time, we’re greeted with cheerful faces and outstanding service. If you understand the current state of customer service, you know that’s nothing short of remarkable. Aside from their excellent service, they’ve truly mastered the funnel cake game! Their funnel cakes are consistently light, fluffy, and served hot, with the perfect amount of crispiness. Typically, I don't order a full funnel cake since they are so massive; I usually just share some of my husband's. He probably doesn’t love that, but oh well! Last night, though, I craved one for myself—and wow, did I go all out! I indulged in the turtle funnel cake, topped with fresh strawberries, waffle pieces, and soft serve ice cream. Let me tell you, it was absolutely incredible! The ladies at Q-Sweets were so kind, accommodating all my topping requests with a smile, and presented me with a beautifully crafted funnel cake that exceeded my expectations. Even with the ice cream on top, my funnel cake remained soft, hot, and crispy—how do they do that?! Q-Sweets, my husband and I are devoted fans for life. Thank you so much!

Best ice cream my son and I have ever had and that's a hard title to achieve. It is so creamy and delicious (we had the cheesecake ice cream in a dipped waffle cone). There is so much to choose from- candied apples, funnel cakes, boozy desserts. We are located out of town but we will definitely be back when we return to the area. Thanks!
