The Moat - Bartlett

Been here on a couple of occasions. Very popular throughout the year, but particularly during ski season. Plan to wait! However, food is quite good and microbrewing on the premises.

Got there right as it opened. Nice atmosphere. Was with party of 15 for a bachelor party and was served promptly. Got our food fairly quickly. Ordered the BBQ combo, which had ribs, pulled pork, quarter chicken and jalapeno cornbread. The pulled pork and ribs were a little dry in places but was overall satisfied with the food and the beer. I would say that if you are up in this area for the skiing/snowboarding then check out this place.

Love this place! Great beer, great food, good environment. My absolute favorite sandwich is the Brisket Sandwich with coleslaw and cinnamon raisin bread (with extra Austin of course! . Not a combination I would ever order, or create, but tried it years ago on a recommendation and now take people the The Moat just to try this sandwich. Nobody has said they were disappointed yet! If in North Conway at least eat lunch here. Great yard to wait for a table while letting kids runaround too.

Stopped in after a day on the mountain and glad we did. This place is big with plenty of seating. Beers were ok, just didn't fit my taste. Food was amazing. Brisket nachos were big and loaded with toppings. Mac and cheese with side of pulled pork was also amazing, super cheesy and a huge portion.

Love this place. Great food. Great beer. Great service.
