Taco Bell - Bartow

This is the best local Taco Bell for great customer service and efficiency. I visited on a Thursday evening (4/21/22) at 9:30 p.m. The customer service was excellent, with professional and friendly staff. The food was delicious. Thank you!

The staff at this restaurant are very friendly and my order is always correct, which I really appreciate. However, there are frequent issues with the app not being available for ordering, which can be frustrating, particularly if customers have a Taco Pass they are unable to use on that day. Sometimes, customers have to arrive over an hour early in order to place an online order.

The order was incorrect, but at least the food was fresh (and hot).

Always an option when you want to break a keto diet. Grabbed a grilled cheese burrito box. The drive thru had my order mixed up with someone else but they got it fixed. Ended up being pretty good. It'll be a while before I come back, just because I'm eating healthier.
