The produce section is well-stocked with fresh options, including many local Colorado products. They also have a decent selection of bulk materials. The salad bar is priced at $9.99 per pound, which is on the higher side but still reasonable. It can get crowded quickly, so plan accordingly. In addition to the food options, they also have a hot food counter, sandwich counter, and prepared food counter. I appreciate the affordability and quality of their 365 brand products. The restaurant has a large seating area both indoors and outdoors with a variety of seating options.
It's great to have a big food establishment in the area that offers a variety of health-conscious products, including organic, local, and vegan options. However, customers should not be misled into thinking that everything sold here is healthy or organic, as there are also processed items available. This supermarket chain is obviously catering to those willing to pay more for a premium shopping experience. I appreciate the availability of vegan pizzas, fresh juices, a good selection of gluten-free products, and other difficult-to-find items at this store.
I am delighted that there is now a Whole Foods store in the Aspen area. The cashier mentioned that it opened around 2012, which I found interesting. When I visited, the soup bar had about half of its options labeled as vegan, which was great. The salad bar was typical of Whole Foods, with a wide variety of choices to customize your meal. While it may not have been the largest Whole Foods I have been to, it had everything I needed.
For those looking for unique plant-based options in the valley, this is the best place to go. They offer a variety of premade dishes that are sure to impress.
This restaurant is smaller than your typical Whole Foods, but they make great use of the space they have. The produce section is well-stocked with fresh options from Colorado. The store also offers a decent bulk food section. The salad bar is a bit pricey at $9.99 per pound, but still comparable to other Whole Foods locations. They have a hot food bar, sandwich counter, and prepared foods counter. I especially like the affordable and high-quality store brand, 365. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating with condiments and a microwave available for use.
