Mcdonald's - Bassett

There isn't much to report. I visited the drive-thru and ordered a burger meal, which was prepared correctly and served promptly. However, I think McDonald's has become quite pricey, and the burgers are quite greasy. I've never actually gone inside this location since it's on a route I occasionally take, which adds a few hours to my travel. Therefore, I always opt for the drive-thru. That said, I've never encountered any problems here.

I received no service when I visited at 6 AM, even though they open at 5 AM. I drove around and noticed employees just standing around without doing any work.

In this area, nine times out of ten, McDonald's will serve you food that is old, hard, and cold. It's consistently disappointing.

Not the first time this has happened..I bought a gravy biscuit and the biscuit is stale, not fit to eat. Has the consistency of a crouton, so much so it broke two tines off the fork. Come on McDonalds! You can do better than this! Please don't reuse your old biscuits in your gravy biscuits! It is plain out nasty!

I was passing through and stopped for a SW salad which was very tasty. If all McDs stepped up their game like this place they would be crushing it like Chick-fil-A!
