The service aims to be friendly, but it comes off as unprofessional and inefficient. The bread is toasted and then left to sit under a fan for over five minutes, which causes it to dry out. After waiting fifteen minutes for three sandwiches, I discovered that one of them was inedible. When I went to the register to voice my complaint, they offered to replace the sandwich, but after thinking about the long wait, I chose to leave instead, feeling hungry. I do not recommend this place!
