What’s the point of using an app if the restaurant doesn’t pay attention to the order? I should have known better than to order from this location.
When I finally reached the order speaker, the first thing I requested was a steak burrito listed at the top of the menu. The voice on the intercom responded that they didn’t sell that item. I pointed out that I was looking right at it on the menu, but there was no reply—just silence. I decided to go ahead and order 8 crunchy tacos for my wife and myself. The employee didn’t say much beyond giving me the total as I handed over my card, and she sounded quite irritated. After giving me my order and card back, she didn’t say another word. Once I got home, I discovered that there were actually 10 tacos in the bag—an unexpected bonus. However, about half of the tacos were only half-filled, and most had broken shells, crumbling apart as I unwrapped them. I can’t say I had a different experience than usual. Taco Bell and McDonald's definitely seem to have the worst customer service in town, in my opinion. It is what it is, I suppose.
I've consistently had issues with the service at this restaurant. The staff often appear disinterested and lack motivation. Although I've enjoyed various dishes such as chicken, steak, beans, and sour cream in the past, the service has never lived up to the quality of the food. I'm used to better service, especially considering the positive experiences I've had at their airline location. While the food is delicious, the poor service unfortunately diminishes the overall experience.
The staff here are fantastic! The food is hot and delicious, just what I've come to expect from Taco Bell. Don't miss out on trying the new $1 Three-Cheese Nacho Burrito! Yum!
This Taco Bell location falls short in terms of professionalism. During my recent visit, the customer service was quite poor. The manager was openly expressing her desire to leave while the employee who was supposed to cover her shift was late because she was getting her hair done. There was a line at the counter, and I waited for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. The man in front of me became frustrated and left. I decided to stay and see how long it would take for the manager to pay attention to the counter instead of focusing solely on the drive-thru. After waiting more than 30 minutes, I still didn’t receive a bag or a cup holder for my four drinks. The place was completely disorganized. I haven't returned since.
