Masala House - Battambang

Really nice restaurant where the super nice staff knows exactly what vegan means. We had a Chana Masala, Jeera Aloo, rice and simple Roti everything really good! It is also open to quiet late, which is a beautiful bonus. meal for 2 including beer came to $11.50

Was with friends in Battambang who shaved over this place. I love Indian cuisine, but I found surprisingly tasteless here (ordered Samosas, Daal makhani, palate distributor and mushroom curry). Service was great although the owner seems beautiful and is super friendly. My friends loved our meal, so maybe it's just my taste that's kind. Would definitely recommend investigating whether you are in town. Will be very busy at weekend night, so ready to wait.

Great option for anyone who wants to vary from Khmer food or tourist/hipster overpriced spots. Food was really good, could not really make a choice, so I went for the mixed dish that was very delicious. Dahl wasn't the best, but the rest was really nice. And of course a very good place as a vegetarian. Beer is very cheap. Service was perfect, fast, friendly.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic and the staff is very nice. I ordered the chicken butter masala and it was delicious. My wife had the vegetarian Thali, which was huge and a great value for the money.
