The food was okay, but weakly seasoned. I have had much better and cheaper meals in Cambodia for 3-5 dollars per dish. Unfortunately, there is no breakfast option. The staff tried to appear friendly.

The food at this restaurant is affordable, delicious, and comes in large portions. There are various cuisines to choose from on the menu. The house beer is only 75 cents and the majority of dishes are priced under $3.
This was our third visit to White Rose, and once again, the food and service were excellent! The rooftop terrace is a lovely spot to dine and enjoy a refreshing drink in warm weather. Thank you for the wonderful experience, we highly recommend this restaurant!
