Contribuisci feedbackSince the restaurant had a high rating on Google Maps, I decided to order the laksa. It was indeed delicious, and surprisingly cheap (only RM5 with change back). I definitely recommend trying it out.
Best laksa in bp. The sea coconut desert stall is nice too.
This restaurant, located on Jalan Pengkai, is a well-known local favorite that has been serving the same laksa for three decades. The owners are elderly and customers should expect a wait of about 20 minutes. Orders are taken by the lady boss, who will provide a number for the back seating area. We ordered three small bowls of laksa mee hon mee with extra prawns. The bowls contained turtles, bean curd, fish cake, and beansprouts. The soup was not thick, but was deliciously sweet and fragrant. It was not spicy, making it perfect for our 5-year-old girls.
The classic laksa at this restaurant is rich and has maintained its delicious flavor for decades. Unlike other places, the laksa here has a strong and moderately spicy taste, with the added option of pepper to adjust the flavor. The dish is not overly sweet or heavy on curry powder, making it a standout choice.
Best Laksa here in Batu Pahat Really delicious and flavorful. Lovin’ it all the way from Singapore
