I ordered from China Kitchen for the first time and will definitely return. The food was delivered to our hotel, and they communicated the delivery time well. I give 5 stars for both the food and the service!

The food was excellent, as always. However, when we got home, we realized they had forgotten one of our dishes. We called the restaurant, and they informed us that they would deduct the cost of the missing dish from our next order.

I give this restaurant 5 stars based on my 14 years of experience dining with them. Over the years, we've ordered or had meals delivered at least once a week, which amounts to over 1,000 meals! That's quite a significant investment. They get it right 99% of the time. Occasionally, delivery can be a bit late, or my meal arrives cold. However, a quick phone call always resolves the issue, and they often offer a free dish for the next order as compensation. Overall, the food is delicious, and we all thoroughly enjoy it. I highly recommend China Kitchen for takeout!
