Forget my sauce for chicken strips 15 minute wait and didn't apologize for if and it wasnt even busy.

Ridiculous! Ordered a salad with grilled chicken, 2 cheese curds, 2 bacon cheese burgers 2 concrete mixers. It took 32 minutes to fill the order they shorted us a cheese curd. . Another customer asked for her money back and they told her No, they couldn 't do that.

They never make your drive thru orders correct. Items are always missing from your sandwich or missing fries or other sides. When you try and call to complain, they will not answer the phone

Been here several times including some call-ahead orders. Staff has always been super friendly and the food is (for fast food) great.
