The employee didn't prepare my sandwich according to my requests, adding ingredients I hadn't asked for and then scraping them off back into the containers with mustard and mayonnaise on them. Additionally, the lettuce was brown, and there were no fresh vegetables available. Overall, the service was very disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
ORDER# c56aa1cB-99 ordered online , sent it though and shows went the oder was sent and had a confirmation#, pick up was set at 515, shop didn't receive nor want help place the missed order, got charged and processed, order was just lost... Unhelpful .. Uncaring staff. The app order didn't work but they could have helped fix and place the order for my family.
I was not at Subway, I was at Los Reyes next door and it was awesome. I actually hate Subway and would never eat there.
Fantastic environment and very friendly service. The food was fresh and delightful. Will easily recommend this spot to friends. Reasonable rates and large meals. Good job.
The staff member was unfriendly and claimed that my sandwich wasn’t in the system, even though it was listed on the menu. To make matters worse, she tried to charge me more for it. This is just absurd.
