Kfc - Bay Roberts

Make no wonder KFC can't keep staff or get anyone to work there . Was there this evening and the poor young guy working the counter was very nice and seemed very quiet BUT the guy in behind the counter was very rude to him , in my opinion . The guy at the counter went and got some bags and the other guy in a not so nice voice told him he had it all counted and to not take anything again. Something that should've been told before to him and even if it was don't try and belittle him in front of customers. When I got my order it was wrong and the mistake was from the guy behind the counter, go figure mister big man.I told the young guy to keep up the good work and don't mind buddy he is a very rude person ...not actually the words I used lol. My rant for today This was posted on Facebook not by me as I wouldn’t go there anymore for a number of reasons

This store is absolutely Failed, the shift manager jeremy doesn't even know how to greet customers and he is super rude and he serve me a wrong meal and act way to rude

Staff responded inappropriately regarding my being in the store. Four customers were visible: two waiting to order and two waiting for their order. As soon as I entered, the one clerk responded by shouting they were at capacity . I tried to explain there was only four customers there and she shouted over me that they were at capacity .

Chicken was perfectly cooked and big portions of fries.

Worst experience, cold food and rotten bones in the chicken. Employees are treated horrible and get no breaks or discounts
